Specific service availability, scheduling, scope, pricing, and other service details may be provided during the booking or communication process.

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee an appointment until the appointment has been confirmed through the applicable booking process.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, and scheduling information.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service: If a customer cancels a cleaning appointment within 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the booking total will be charged.
2. Cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled service: If a customer cancels a cleaning appointment within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking total will be charged.

These charges help cover costs caused by last minute scheduling disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Property Access

If we are unable to access the property within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, we reserve the right to cancel the cleaning. Any applicable cancellation fee may be charged according to the Cancellation Policy above.

Service Time Policy

If a cleaning requires more time than the originally estimated duration, the customer may choose either of the following options:

• Approve additional time at a prorated hourly rate of $40.
• End the service at the scheduled time with the work completed up to that point.

Caliber Crest Cleaning may be unable to fully assess the condition of a property before arrival. Customers are responsible for providing transparent, accurate, and detailed information during booking so that we can schedule enough time to meet their expectations.
